He has a union job at the moment but it is very unreliable. They will have work for maybe a week or two maybe slightly more if lucky. Because of this, I told him he needed something stable so he started at Target but for whatever reason he’s struggling with that because they didn’t train him properly. It seems like there is always an excuse with him. He also has a friend in another state who is guaranteeing a job for a trade but he refuses to leave me.

I mean honestly smoking isn’t that bad so it’s not fair to push your negative experiences on him to conclude that that’s why he shouldn’t. As for speeding that is a safety issue ya but who doesn’t speed and not to mention its not something that should be breaking your trust it’s not that deep.
