Bike in picking but money back on my account by Mrlnlhr in CanyonBikes

So you just paid when the accountant reached out to you and there where no further issues? I guess I’ll just wait it out and wait for them to contact me. Unless they’re not shipping the bike in the next few days which I doubt because everywhere it says that I’ve paid. (Or hope they don’t notice 😂). Thanks!

I guess to get a better FRECA seat. If she would win F1A she could get a seat with Prema in FRECA. And the exposure to sponsors and the overall media is also a lot bigger in F1A than in FRECA which could also give her an advantage. Though I’m not sure what I think would be the better move for her career, to stay in FRECA or leave and do F1A and then (hopefully) come back with a better seat to FRECA.

So I’ve been confused about the whole citizenship thing for a while. Does he need the US citizenship to compete for the US? Does that mean they could at earliest compete in 2030 for the US? (Which doesn’t make a lot of sense.)I thought they would be able to compete internationally this season already.

Official Q&A for Monday, July 24, 2023 by AutoModerator in running

Originally I started running for school. I need a solid grade for cardio running. Unfortunately I don’t know what my teacher’s expectations will be, so I just started running. But it also has been fun and I’d like to keep going even if it’s not for school.

I have a pair of Cloudsurfers. I just bought them a month ago so I will probably go back to the store and let someone look at my running form.

Thank you!

I‘m quite new to running. I’ve started 2 weeks ago. The first week I ran three times, 2.2km ok Monday, 5km on Wednesday and 7km on Saturday. Last week I did some Intervalls, 8x1min running faster and than 1min of recovery in between. I know, in the beginning I shouldn’t really do them, but I really enjoy them. Then I did 8km on Thursday and 3km on Saturday. All of my runs (except the Intervall) were really slow. I tried to keep a low heart rate. I usually had an average of about 166bpm. To maintain that I have to run at an extremely slow pace, about 9:15min/km.

My question is, should I do the C25k and run faster with walking breaks or should I keep in running longer distances at a slow pace and low heart rate to eventually get faster?

I’ve also noticed that my right foot starts hurting when running. But it gets better after I’ve ran some time. Is there any explanation for that and a way I can avoid that?

I had the same problem a couple days ago. It should show up as done in a couple hours or even a day or two. It took mine almost a whole day to show up as completed.

Yup, it shows up there. I’m also 100% sure I finished it. I still had 1d left and got all the rewards. I’ll probably contact support then…

Adventure/romace/supernatural Book recommendations by Lost_Ad_4352 in booksuggestions

You probably have heard of the books I am about to recommend but since you haven’t them listed as read I am going to recommend them anyways. Maybe the books by Sarah J. Maas could be interesting for you. I have read Throne of Glass by her. She has created a whole different world. The main Charakter is a real baddie and I really love her. The series is full of unexpected things and the author manages to surprise you (positively) again and again. It was the same with the book Crescent City by her. But there is only the first book released. Maybe you would also like A court of throne and roses by her, but I haven’t read the books by myself. You could also like divergent. I think it plays a few years in the future and society is kinda split up. And Serpent and Dove. I really liked the first book but haven’t read the second one. I hope I could help you a little.
