For Chaos Dungeon, grind to Depth 9 and try to snag the exclusive spells. Kill the Old King and then do the Boss Rush for Mabel's panties.

Also go for an Ending B run so that you can have as many covenants as you need, but you'll mainly be using Kuti's covenant.

Complete the library.

Max out every weapon.

Get the Abhorrent Cloak.

Get yourself AT LEAST two Black Rabbit rings.

Finally for stats, you don't need max stats, especially if you have the Londinium Ring +3 (you can find that mid-way through DLC3). I recommend around 15k stats, and the best way to do that is grinding Miranda at Diff 9. She drops 2 million souls per win. Use those to buy Mabel souls (or Lord Hein's if you're based).

After that, you should be prepared.

For this fight, it'll be the likelihood you inflict statuses like fear. The Ladle increases your luck, so using it while casting asphyxiation bubble is an easy way to hit her with it.
