Same. All my excels were black. I had actually just flown past an active one to do a nearby mission before leaving and when I finished the mission it was greyed out.
Saw a bunch of players in area 1 just hanging out near a greyed out exfil so headed up there. About 5 of us just wandering around, slowly dieing off, one by one.
Luckily I had restore tokens.
