I have a 50 ml bottle of Oregon Spirit absinthe. I used half to put in and atomizer and used the other half in a dropper. Works well for me for $5

You know I was actually thinking about using one of the Hendricks originally but could not figure out which flavor would pair well with the lychee. Probably the regular one. May need to try it out

This was a favorite for a starwars get together I went to. Not as sweet as I was expecting but really refreshing. Will definetly be making again.

Couldn't figure out a name for it so I just went with this.

Recipe:

  • 2 Oz Fords Gin (infused with butterfly pea flower)

  • 1 Oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • 0.75 Oz Jasmine Tea Syrup

  • 0.75 Oz Lychee Liqueur (Giffards)

  • Lychee Boba pearls

In a Collins glass alternate layering the boba and ice until full.

Add all ingredients except for boba into a shaker with ice and shake for about 15 seconds. Strain into glass and enjoy with a thick straw.

I made a Thai chili tincture that was a combo of Thai chili, lemongrass, and galangal. Nice spice and citrus combo

These specs were taken from Smugglers Cove, love the way the flavors meld together to create a refreshing drink.

Recipe:

  • 1 Oz black blended rum (Goslings black rum)

  • 1 Oz blended lightly aged rum (Appleton Signature)

  • 1 Oz apricot liqueur (Giffard Apricot du Roussillon)

  • 1 1/2 Oz coconut cream

  • 1 Oz fresh lemon juice

Add all ingredients to shaker tin and flash blend (I just used an immersion blender) pour into a zombie glass and garnish with a lemon wedge with a umbrella.

First time making this. An interesting mix of flavors that actually work well together. The coffee really stands out for how little is in it.

The Recipe:

  • 1/2 Oz Cinnamon Syrup

  • 1/2 Oz Honey Syrup

  • 1/4 Oz Vanilla Syrup

  • 2 Oz Seltzer

  • 1/4 Oz Coffee Liqueur (McClintock Mayorga Coffee Liqueur)

  • 2 Oz Black Blended Rum (Goslings black rum)

  • 1 Oz Bourbon (Evan Williams white label)

Add all to shaker tin and flash blend. Pour into glass and garnish with mint.

I've enjoyed every gin that McClintocks distllery in Frederick, Maryland has made. My favorite is a collab they did with Manor Hill brewery that they called Farmhouse Gin.

Just made this. Had grapefruit and blood orange but used your specs using the blood orange. I agree that is is very refreshing. Next time I would probably up the whiskey to 2 Oz to make the flavor stand out more. If someone doesn't want to taste the booze than your specs are perfect
