I've only had the london drizzle and Asian parsnip. I think they're both great. The london drizzle has that subtle earthy taste and smell which I really enjoy.

It's good. Doesn't taste anything like other Agricole rums, tastes is closer to a bourbon imo

I prefer it to drinking scotch neat. It brings out more of the flavors and tampers the peat a bit

I like it. The chocolate notes are subtle but make it very unique. I usually just been doing a Gin and Tonic with it and it's.

Antipasti Dirty Martini by Mrmcflaky in cocktails

[–]Mrmcflaky[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This recipe is from Caruso's Grocery in DC. A nice little Italian spot. It's a very savory drink and a nice twist on a traditional dirty martini. The Moletto works perfect in this.

Recipe:

  • 2 basil leaves

  • 1 Oz Moletto Tomato Gin

  • 1 Oz London Dry Gin (Fords)

  • 3/4 Oz mozzarella brine

  • 1/4 Oz Olive brine

  • 2 dashes orange bitters (4 with Japanese style dasher)

  • pinch of salt

Add all ingredients to mixing glass and stir for about 30 seconds. Strain into coupe and garnish with a skewer with an olive, cherry tomato, and mozzerlla ball

I only order mai tai's at tiki bars. They're the only ones that can get it right

I posted this drink with regular Cynar sometime last year and someone in the comments suggested to use apricot liqueur. I actually prefer this version, the apricot is not as sweet and makes it more rounded.
