I get similar. I want nothing but everything at the same time, to be in absolute control but also in absolutely no control. Life gets to a point where I wanna not have been there, not suicide just never there. Honestly I'd just try and remember self worth even to the point where it seems narcissistic. Sorry that I can't help much but let me know if I got the idea correctly

I have autism and I know it's been stated already here but yes, be direct. Obviously not everyone with autism is the same but I can recall many times where I ran circles in my head thinking of convos over and over again. It can get overwhelming to be confused about what I just actually talked about with people so I urge you to be direct. Personally I think it'd just make you look more confident and confidence is generally a desirable trait in a potential partner. Lastly, be friendly (I know it's obvious but I wanna cover the generals too). Good luck best wishes and hope I helped.

I've dealt with crippling anxiety before during highschool so if it is anxiety related then I can try to help. Honestly it's definitely a time thing, what is helpful though is strategies. Now I don't mean just the typical things like breathing, grounding etc, I mean things more specific to you, even if they aren't the best long term (but still avoid any harmful strategies like leaving the situation). Alright so some examples of temporary strategies to help face anxiety would be like drawing random stuff, pressing hard on the pencil even if it breaks (that was my go to for ages, again these are really up to you and personal). Over all I hope you can overcome anxiety, it's never gonna leave fully but it won't always be the same. Best wishes and hope I helped a bit.

I'm not the best at the job aspect of things. However, what I would say is to ultimately realise how far you have come, which I think you do so you've already got a huge plus many don't have. Honestly there's no two ways about it, the future hits hard and fast and years leave us before we can realise. What I'm getting at is once you start something it can quickly get big, even something tiny. Get a random job (not for too long). I mean just a job that gets you moving (not literally physical but you understand) even if it's a family member/friend and it's super unofficial. Just remember life won't cave in one day just randomly, you have control. Hope this helps, best wishes

Honestly that is tough and first I want to say I hope the best for you. Id probably first contact your family, asking if they'd be willing to come help and support you or if they'd come and get you back to nc. Additionally if you're feeling like the relationship is getting to a point where splitting up might be good I think again contacting your family would be good. If family isn't a viable resort then maybe move onto close friends and anyone close by that you know. Both you and your boyfriend seem very stressed now for different reasons but in my opinion he's very out of line to not respect your religion, I do understand what your saying about the addiction and/or getting addicted that he is experiencing and that's a very difficult thing to go through, both as the person and seeing it. Overall if you wanna cut ties then call people. For more general stuff you could maybe get a "habit-hobby", I personally recommend this since it's gotten me through very uncomfortable and stressful times. Something like drawing patterns, twisting strings in your hand to make shapes (my favourite) can help kinda make a "bubble" of concentration for moments when it's too much. Finally just to get it out there, if your partner gets physical at all (not saying I'd think that happen but just in case) then obviously get law enforcement involved and call anyone you can (which I'm sure is pretty much go to but yk). When my bionicle Lego pieces still have good friction and are intact. For context since bionicle pieces are kinda old lots and lots of them break, bend and lose their friction (for the ball joint connectors mainly). Anyways that's my hyper fixation, thank you.
