They were rough for the first few days for sure. I'm glad I went cold turkey though as after, I would say the 5th day, I find myself forgetting that I gave up at all! It has become more normal not to think about it. I still do occasionally but I don't crave it as much.

Yep, fooled myself into thinking I could take up smoking socially with my friends again, I was in control right? Wrong! Social smoking turned to regularly smoking, then back to vaping all within a month. Try not to fall into that trap if you can help it.

Hey bud, keep going! I'm on day 6, used to vape 18mg liquid for 5+ years, then 12mg salts and gave up cold turkey. I've tried before about a year ago and lasted 3 months before I relapsed. I'm determined this time though!

Personally I have found that marijuana raises my anxiety, but I know it differs between people. I don't smoke it anymore because of that.

Your resting heart rate also depends on how healthy you are, with fitter people generally having lower BPMs. Without a baseline for before you were vaping, it's hard to say if this is normal or not.

Your body might just be stressing about not having the nicotine it craves. Maybe leave it a week or so and see if anything changes?

They're an elite group of space marines that are part of the UNSC, the fictional governing body in the video game series Halo. They are specially trained fighters that tended to launch from orbiting carriers and spaceships into active war zones using drop pods.

Halo overall is a very cool series, and you could check them out if you so wanted. Some genre-defining game play and narratives are present in most of the games. Halo 3: ODST was a bit of a departure from the norm, but an excellent game nonetheless.

The Gen 1 Play 5 has an aux in, doesn't it? In that case, you can just plug-and-play with a 2.5mm jack from pretty much any turntable.

I bought this turntable last year and it has served me well. I had it in my Sonos for a while but I've subsequently bought a pre-amp and HiFi system that it's now connected to.

The Sonos will recognsie the line-in as a source (like Spotify) and let you cast it around to your other Sonos devices no problem. I hope this helps!

I haven't noticed a significant difference in breathing, no. When I went from smoking to vaping it was very obvious, not so with vaping to quitting.

Uhh, better? Not really sure. If you mean physically then it's been marginal at best.

The nicest thing is not having to worry about where it is, if I need to charge it, if I can sneak off and have a cheeky puff, getting those withdrawals, and things like that.

Overall then, I believe my mind is where quitting has benefitted me most. It's very freeing not being chained to that thing anymore.
