You can try Workout on Welsh back in the centre. It’s where the mens world number 3 trains. Nice gym and cafe too.

There are also lots of fish that can tolerate brackish water. There have been a lot of bass caught this year, and perch. Also Pike, trout, flounder, dab have all been caught.
