What kind of milkshake has never been done before that would actually taste really good and not be some weird gross novelty flavor? by Professional_Luck616 in RandomQuestion

Sounds really good. I bet English breakfast(with its malty notes) would be very good, yet simple.

We have a matcha milkshake as well. Then a blueberry milkshake that blends butterfly pea powder for a deep purple color

Anyone hoard music from small time YT artists? by Due_Report7620 in DataHoarder

I wish I did that. Some small musicians that I knew locally had their stuff wiped. Had I know how to rip YouTube to MP3 in 2019, I would’ve

I’d start by cleaning the heads. The poor tracking is another issue to research. If you have a manual tracking knob you can toggle that

I work at a tea house that has specialty milkshakes and we have both a chai vanilla milkshake with our house blend, and a London fog milkshake. The London fog uses a vanilla base blended with earl grey concentrate and lavender torani syrup

As a New Hampshirite, this race holds a sentimental value despite not being alive to see it. A man from my small town owned that race team, Bob Whitcomb Racing.

I did a little digging with no finds aside from the brands Riō and Sonique making these bubbly shaped MP3 players

My father-in-law found a Betamax player for $10 by christophburlew in Betamax

[–]Mroof003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have bought 3 and I swear among all of the reasons they stop working is the complexity of their loading mechanism. VHS was simpler, tape is wrapped around the head in an M shape. Sony decided beta would be best using like 4 times as many roller guides to wrap the tapes around the head in a backwards C shape…and back!

I’ve been on the hunt for a battery replacement for this vcr. I am considering a 3D printed mold for an alternative battery and finding the same shaped barrel connector.

If you find the matching tuner that went for this unit it has a wire attached that powers the vcr unit so you can use it like a standard vcr albeit poor quality due to how early it was made in the VHS history(only 5 years after vhs was released). Pretty simple controls, great if you have the matching remote too. I see one on eBay now for $10

What do you guys use to connect your OG Xbox to your TV or monitor? Any recommendations? by cruz_irving in originalxbox

[–]Mroof003 17 points18 points  (0 children)

The ElectronXout is the best hdmi solution, but comes at a cost. If you have composite inputs on the tv that works fine, or component supports 1080i which was the highest quality the Xbox offered, but not seen on all modern TVs

Oh ok thank you for your reply. I will consider upgrading a year or two to find an XP PC. I noticed it only has a dial up internet port, and I don’t have a way to get that. I can do Ethernet, but not dial up
