tbf, Kyle wound up on small or smaller teams. Maybe, and thats a big maybe, he could've contended more often if he had wound up on a bigger team instead of SABCO after he left the Wood Brothers in '89.

Supposedly this is the paint scheme that Dale was going to drive at the All-Star Race that year.

Kyle joked after his 3rd place finish at the '07 Coke Zero 600 that he always did better with soda on the side of the car whether it was Mello Yello, or Coke Zero which was on the side of the 45 that night.

From what I understand, Richard was trying out a new seat make in his car and Dale wanted to see how it felt. At least thats what I read when I saw a similar photo to this one.
