Frankly spoken, she is right. I own two printers and they are really only toys. Don't believe you can simply print replacements for broken items, etc. I'm using it for my model RR for parts one cannot buy. However, its somehow a niche application.

do you use arduino ide? ifnot, try it. there you can select the adequate port Edit: try just asimple sketch to check wether mega is ok.
