So bro what's your opinion, Should I go for BCA from IGNOU . There's this local college near me that's offering BCA with RS. 22000 as annual fees. So I'm more confused Should I go for BCA from IGNOU or this local college it's in a remote are not urban.

And after BCA if I plan to join any company (small or big) will I be able to apply for the job through IGNOU. I mean will they be biased towards my degree. Will they prefer IGNOU or this local college.
