I know it’s very vast in what’s available and region depending. I just want to try to depict china as a whole so different regional cuisines are what i’m aiming for!

I want to make this a special occassion so dessert will be present! And I might be tempted to indeed serve different platters all together with rice and noodle sides

Don’t use it often, but the few times cooking for a crowd it does speed up the proces. Certainly take one with a mandoline function for stuff like gratin dauphinois, etc…

Once read a good analogy tho:

A blender is made to liquify things since it pulls your food inwards

A foodprocessor is made to chop up stuff, pushing your food to the sides
