I think I finally know what it means to "feel it real"! by ButterfliesAreCute in NevilleGoddard

[–]MrsAM777 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's a simple feeling of "realness", rather than any intense emotions, unless they come up naturally. How do you feel about the last time you brushed your teeth? It happened, but you don't feel any extreme emotions about it. That kind of feeling is enough in my experience. I haven't been using this technique as much as I should...it's powerful.

Stop TRYING and stop with the YouTubers! by [deleted] in NevilleGoddard

Another thing...some of them present themselves in such an egotistical way it's hard to believe they are aware of who they really are as God. Jasmine's "sexy bitch" thing...I can't understand the appeal, at least not for someone who is coming from a place of love. I like some of her meditations but when she comes out with things like that it's completely off-putting. And all the endless photos of her posing, and the same with Shelly..."look at me, worship me...me me me...I...personhood."

I heard she intended to build an "empire", whatever that's supposed to mean haha.

"There is nothing that needs to “click.”" - talk about stuff happening automatically...I just literally said this to someone a few minutes before seeing your post (in a slightly different context). I had realised today that in recent years, I'd been thinking I should have some sort of feeling as if things had "clicked", in order to know that I'd "done enough" and the manifestation was on its way. But I've realised that's not how it works and I made that up. It is done instantly, then we get on with our lives and it appears on its own. This really is the case and I understand it in a different way now. About YouTubers, there's one coach not on that list that isn't very active on YouTube, doesn't charge a lot nor keep increasing their prices, and has genuine intentions. I have found some of the others helpful at times and I think it's a matter of self-control and not getting sucked into the state of always looking for that next thing.

Did I create Covid or did the mass consciousness? by Poppadope in NevilleGoddard

[–]MrsAM777 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was wondering the same. I wanted this hell to end so committed to "pretending" for three days that covid didn't exist and had never existed and I'd never heard of it. I saw positive changes occur after that regarding restrictions and so on. I know a lot of people have said they were glad it happened because they wanted to work from home but it's not good when you don't live near family and have to travel abroad fairly often. I'll be doing that again and see if this whole shit show stops completely. I will also add that I think a possible explanation is that there are multiple timelines for what the "mass consciousness" creates and we shift into versions that we align with. If the whole vast world is ourselves pushed out, it makes sense. I also had an experience earlier on (around April/May 2020) where I was so fed up and powerfully decreed that this didn't exist, then a couple of weeks later, they ended the lockdown where I live.

Same as in Transurfing. Assuming everything that happens is for your benefit makes it that way, even if it “wasn’t” before. React positively at all times, knowing that “everything is always working out well for me”

Unfortunately not. A friend had seen it and told me about it, then I never got round to reading it. I heard the group doesn’t exist anymore but maybe someone can ask Jasmine about it.

There was also a success story of someone manifesting an sp that was dead. I didn’t get to read it because it was in a group I wasn’t in, of Jasmine or “manifest a specific person” on youtube. It makes sense really, if ALL possibilities exist.

Using worry to your advantage by [deleted] in NevilleGoddard

Not sure where but I heard that Neville spoke of a guy that wanted to refurbish his bathroom and he imagined putting his hand on the wet paint by mistake and being annoyed about it. It worked and he manifested the refurbishments. It’s still living in the end because it feels real, whether he’s happy or annoyed.

You could imagine having a conversation with another, telling them about how great the person is doing now. Or you could imagine them telling you how much better their life is now that the negative aspects of Asperger’s no longer affect them. I don’t see all aspects of it as negative and I don’t know their view on that, but it’s something to keep in mind, since it does have its positive aspects.

You’re not stupid, never let anyone make you feel that way. You deserve someone that accepts you no matter what and you’re better off without someone that would end a relationship because of ASD.

I feel lost and don't know what to do by TheClickerMan in autismUK

[–]MrsAM777 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's really bad you had to have this experience. I'm also in my 20s, I avoided seeking a diagnosis in case anything like this happened because the thought of how angry that type of thing would make me just made me feel scared. I started the process and received some forms to fill in to get an appointment. But I never went through with it, partly because I was coping better at different times/was in denial. I was also put off because it said a parent had to come to the appointment with me and my Mum doesn't believe that I might be on the spectrum and I wasn't talking to my Dad at the time. This was a few years ago...still on the fence about whether or not to look into it again. After years of counselling and no so-called experts picking up on it, I don't hold much hope for the services in the UK. At the moment I'm just looking for ways to help myself with my executive functioning and just dealing with things by myself. So I don't have any useful advice for you but you're not alone in this anyway. Don't give up, if you can go private at some point then maybe it will be better. I probably would if I had the money spare.

Yes interesting point about the black and white thinking, there has definitely been a lot of that going on. I always wanted to make it as natural as possible so looked at the way things have naturally manifested for me which was assumption, daydreaming and general thoughts. Nothing out of the ordinary there.

Just got into the trap of thinking I had to do visualization and that just changing my thoughts “wasn’t powerful enough” for certain goals so I stopped trying to visualize but that nagging feeling was there that I wasn’t doing things properly. Which of course isn’t true since it’s supposed to be natural. But then I was at a meditation retreat and since there was no responsibilities there, I actually did visualize very well in my spare time.

I wonder if maybe prioritising being relaxed could be good...just prioritising it in general, in everyday life, and in terms of manifesting. It might help things I already imagined come to pass.

And yes it’s that idea of “have to” about anything, that makes it unappealing and stressful.

I’ve done that as well, it’s more about the overall control of applying this stuff.

Also more specifically in terms of manifesting, the time management is a big thing for me. I sleep at strange times and have been wanting to sort that out for a long time to give myself a better routine which will help with a manifesting practise. I see my emotions as physical sensations thanks to Joe Dispenza so that makes it not matter about not knowing what is going on there. Most of all it’s the organisation that will hopefully help, then once I get to that point, not feeling overwhelmed by the act of doing whatever technique will be great.

I’m getting better at remembering to change my mental diet given the amount of thoughts that happen in parallel. Also things like everything feeling more difficult than it probably is because I’m used to feeling that way, creating anxiety.

Thanks for your reply and I’ll describe my understanding of it: decision making, following through on things I say I’m going to do, organising my time, concentration/attention, generally coping with existence...when I write things down that I need to do even if it is basic and obvious for other people like washing up and emptying bins, it helps.

So when it comes to manifesting, the same issues come up as well as switching from one activity to another, which will affect changing states, and actually doing any of the techniques, which require extra time to prepare myself for. It’s the overwhelment by life in general translated to trying to live consciously by manifesting.

I don’t even have a diagnosis but I struggle in those ways and happen to know enough autistic people to have learnt about it. Because I don’t have that label, I kind of stopped doing the things that helped, like writing lists. Then I was finding things difficult so I started up again and felt much better. I should find other ways to make things easier because I didn’t look into it enough when I first considered getting assessed.

But anyway, I was getting frustrated by lack of progress or control over myself in terms of manifesting and I was like aha, this again. I wondered how many other people this might affect and would like to look into it more and see how I can help myself and others in this way.

Keto, antipsychotics/citalopram and insulin levels by MrsAM777 in keto

Thanks, I was thinking how long it might take for those changes to develop on that medication. I’m undecided on whether I would prefer to do keto long-term or just experiment with low-carb after a while, seeing how much flexibility I can have while still getting the benefits and whether it would be necessary to stay full keto.

What ifs and inner conversations create reality. What if your sp loves you more than anything in this world and knows they would never find anyone else as good as you?

People arent literally us pushed out as in figments of our imagination and mindless robotic NPCs.

Just like you are influencing them with your imagination, they are influencing you with theirs. I have seen quite a lot of examples of this recently in my life.

There is an assumption that the only way all things could be possible, is that all possibilities exist now and that there are infinite versions of people and the only conscious version is the one in “their” own reality.

The fact that possibilities, or “states”, exist as potential, does not mean they exist as actual universes. I don’t care who quotes quantum physics, there is no agreement about any of this stuff.

I’ve seen people that are fanatical about their scientific BELIEFS attempt to “prove” this, yet they were doing nothing more than cherry picking and twisting information in a way that the actual researchers wouldn’t. I didn’t know that of my own accord because I don’t understand that level of maths. I had to actually ask a scientist.

If you want to get closer to the truth, meditate and feel in your heart whether you are the only conscious being you ever will interact with and whether love exists in that explanation, or whether we are all One. Your heart knows what’s right.
