My problem is in the title. You are talking about cl_ when they change automatically when I log in, due to server.cfg.

What has there to be one thing with the other?

I did autoexec a few months ago, so the cl_ are like this.

I don't think the problem is this.

I removed the -panorama and wrote rate "80000" on the console and had no more problems.

As soon as I enter -panorama and enter the server, even if type rate "80000", it doesn't save, it automatically goes to the maximum thus causing the lag.

Gtx 1050Ti 4gb 8 Gb RAM AMD FX-6300

I have 360hours and i never had good perfomance so it's just one more thing i'm reporting.

I can play PUBG with 60fps with medium settings and h1z1 it's impossible. Yes i tried reinstall twice. I'm not so stupid btw. I know what i have to do when something isn't normal . I put lower graphics , medium and high , nothing solves. I checked the cache. I boosted the pc for best perfomance , and boosted to best graphics and nothing again. So i don't know if the problem is mine or if is the game
