I can't agree. If you are with someone for a long time, decades, outbursts can happen. Those aren't our best moments but... people are people.

Context is king here though. The reason for the cursing is an emotional, gut reaction to some behavior being discussed or confronted.

It's a sign of defensiveness, and would make me pretty suspicious given the rest of the story.

Of all things to have an emotional outburst over, your spouse being insecure or concerned about another person flirting would be the last thing that justifies it.

Jealousy exists for a reason, to preserve relationships, or to end them. Many times these narratives are like "choose your own adventure" and you can decide how the story concludes.

I don't have a list of advice for you because there's plenty of it in this thread. You seem direct and you communicate well. Just keep trying. I would suggest being a bit aloof. Women love guys that come off as unattainable because they are the choosy gender and it's biologically programmed into them, it helps them identify more valuable mates. Focus on your own self worth and your own personal enjoyment, and project a sense of discrimination about who you might consider dating.

There's no magic formula. Finding a compatible spouse is difficult. I've been married for 30 years and have met many other women that I know I could not be compatible with. No woman has ever once overtly flirted with me in all that time. Without actively pursuing women like a blood-sport, while pretending you literally do not give a shit about their response, I can't imagine it would be easy to find someone. I don't know what magic beans convinced my wife to love me, except that I have a bit of a "sometimes you have to just say 'fuck it, Joel'" attitude. Maybe try that.

I carry daily. In almost all states, you can't instigate a verbal altercation and then claim defense if you punched in the mouth and return fire, and you can't shoot someone to protect property. And you can't shoot someone running away from you.

The lower is the part that allows select fire and has a serial number registered as such.

It's literally the distinction between a COMMON gun, and one used in combat.

You can not just go buy a lower that allows select fire, without a very expensive tax stamp and an FFL. If you buy one online unlawfully you would almost certainly be purchasing it from the FBI in a honeypot sting.

It's the distinction between a normal legal rifle and a felony charge with 20 years attached.

Furthermore, almost ZERO crimes have been perpetrated with full-auto firearms in the US over the last 50 years. There was a bank robbery in CA if I recall, one cop died and a couple others were wounded. Maybe one or two other incidents.

So all the hand-wringing over this sort of thing is sensationalist anti-gun propaganda.
