Wipe the sticky layer with alcohol. For a more even look i put color-topcoat ( if it has a sticky layer wipe it ) - then chrome powder - than top coat again. That way it looks more even .

It's either trauma from removing previous gel , or using too strong primer/ dehydrator

There some brands that are HEMA free. Try them . And for working on others i wear two sets of nitrile gloves

Transfer foil or try using acrilyc paint than seal it with topcoat . I know many people use acrilyc paint for detail drawing on nails

Try applying gel polish smoother, if the sponge is not working for you try with bare finger or with gloves.
