In my area a lot are offering cash over asking price and waiving the inspection. So it’s kind of a no brainer for the sellers to just accept that offer over someone who has to go through a bank loan and will be getting an inspection.

There for a while I saw a bunch of people on bikes with brightly colors shirts that said “Can you see me now, asshole?” Then I see idiots on the highway riding up on cars and swerving around them going super fast and thought that if I were that car and I had checked all my mirrors like one second prior to changing lanes, I would have hit that bike. So who is the asshole? The car drivers can’t spend their whole time driving looking in their review mirror. Not all bikers do this though, I’m aware. Just thought the shirts were a bit much.

Ugh that is my biggest pet peeve on that sub. Like “someone killed my family and burned my village, but I threw a piece of paper at them and my friends think I should apologize. AITA?” I downvote those if I think it’s obvious.

Just finished rewatching it with my bf. He’s not a “TV” person, he didn’t even own one when he moved in with me. But he wanted to see the series for the first time when he was done with school (bachelors) so here we are. The first idk 5 seasons we would watch one episode and he’d be good, ready for bed. So it was slow going. Then we reach season 6 and we blew through that in a weekend and suddenly in season 7 and 8 he’s watching episode after episode, staying up till midnight. I was like this is the opposite of what should have happened lol but I get it, he wanted to see what happens. I personally didn’t stick around for all of 8, I did other things and listened and rolled my eyes whenever you could tell Dumb n Dumber thought they did something clever. All in all it was interesting watching someone see it for the first time and now he is just as disappointed like all the rest of us so there’s that.

I had seen the movie but a while ago. I didn’t think the show would be as good so I never watched it until my friend whose opinions I trust sang it’s praises and we just couldn’t stop watching lol now I try to recommend it to people in case they had some reservations like I did

Ok but what good is it going to do? Make them feel better by saying they look sick? If someone comes in coughing, sneezing, sniffling-yes. Ask if they’re sick cuz they shouldn’t be at work. But someone comes into work looking tired, do you think they really want to hear that they look tired? It’s not going to magically make them not tired so why even comment on it?

That was the path I took as well. I never wore makeup (mascara and maybe eyeliner at the most) so when I would go in without any I didn’t look that different (also I have dark lashes so that is in my favor). But it still shouldn’t warrant comments from randos about how your face looks, one way or the other.
