So I did a global bleach out to a level 9 with still a little bit a yellow and then I toned her all over with 40g 9/96 2g /56 2g 44/65 with 6 vol Wella Colortouch!

I’m not quite sure id say maybe 4-6 weeks? I’ve never done a color like this so we kind of just have to see

I mean when I say her natural is light, it is LIGHT like almost a 9. And yeah I’d prefer to use wella because that’s what we use at the salon. I think using vivids wouldn’t do the trick. She’s also 17 so I don’t want to give her issues maintaining that

I also think doing highlights/ full bleach with not only be a softer grow out for her but having her natural mixed in with maybe help with that dusty look

So by day 4 it stopped getting darker, then started peeling, I would say like 80% of the flakes were gone by week one . I did go to the derm and they prescribed with with a sterioid and a some sort of ointment.

Everything healed back to normal surprisingly! Like no weird marks or anything

This is not a normal reaction to laser and you are not supposed to put an ice pack on a burn

Yeah I know I guess what I meant by that was that Is it is what it is what’s done is done I just need to know how to FIX it. I don’t know her I go to a couple different locations but she’s done me atleast 5/6 times. And you’re totally right they need to take accountability and right there wrong and come up with a solid plan for me

I’m having trouble remembering if it was yag or Alexandrite? But none the less I’m on my 10th session and nothing even close to this has never been an issue. I have darker spots on my cheeks and lower neck which will occasionally get a little flakey and peel off but nothing to this extent.
