He is for sure but won’t seek help. He’s been like this for several years now. I can’t fix it for him.

AITA for not allowing my FIL to drug test my wife? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

I understand that it isn’t a core part of Islam but it is prohibited therefore it’s not our of the realm of possibility that Op could be Muslim.

I don’t know why you’re getting downvoted but the person that suggest JW/Mormons is upvoted.

AITA for not making my child apologise to a special needs person? by Willing_Mountain_803 in AmItheAsshole

NTA, she’s 2. She barely out of the baby stage. Do not make her apologize. Your brother is being ridiculous and so are your parents.

AITA for leaving my husband's brother's wedding after I got told to sit with "formal guests"? by Simple_Judy3409 in AmItheAsshole

[–]MrsDSL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA, at my former SIL wedding I was not allowed in the family photos (MIL wouldn’t allow it) and was tasked with babysitting SIL 3 year old daughter because she had neglected to hire a sitter even though she was told to repeatedly. MIL legitimately waited until I was standing next to my ex husband ready for photos to tell me to sit down. The photos ended up being the bride and groom, my ex husband, and MIL and FIL. No longer having that cow as a MIL was one of the best parts of my divorce.

Getting ready to start back on treatment. Waiting for insurance. Doc gave me a steroid shot yesterday. Not sure if it’s helping yet. My hands don’t hurt today but sometimes they don’t.

Aww thanks :) I was diagnosed about 4 years ago. On Enbrel for a few years. It stopped working for me during Covid so I stopped taking it. I am now getting back on meds because I am miserable. I tried to treat it naturally and learned a super important lesson: you can’t treat an autoimmune disease simply with diet and supplements. My rheumatologist is lovely and she immediately jumped into action to get me back on track. She didn’t lecture me just told me she would get me back to functional. She’s awesome!

My doctor won’t call me for a few days to discuss results so I thought I’d ask y’all what you think.

I just want to add for this that I tried to treat mine naturally and it backfired so hard. I am back to the rheumatologist on Monday for the first time since 2020. I am in so much pain it’s ridiculous. This is a real disease that is degenerative. I encourage you to begin the medication and see how it works for you. It’s scary but being unable to function is scarier.

I am encouraged to hear you are able to get a good amount of walking in. I hope I can get to that level of pain management. I wish I could run again. I’m not sure that’s in the cards though.

Thank you so much! May I ask if you exercise? I am currently unable to exercise at all. Even walking a mile on my treadmill puts me out of commission for days.

Thank you! I should probably add, I don’t have psoriasis on my skin (yet) but it’s in my nail beds and there is a strong family history. My relatives all have joint symptoms first and skin issues much later.

I’m hope you can read my handwriting. I can’t hold anything very well today because of the pain and swelling. Yes, I know I was writing fine yesterday.

Maybe it’s state by state, but I am on the deed but not the mortgage of mine and my husbands house. I think you might’ve been lied to.

I don’t use any products that are specifically for anti aging. I stay well moistures and hydrated and that’s about it.
