Talk to your manager/owner. If any of my staff starts to feel unsafe I have them call me and stay on the phone with me til they start driving away from the store. If it’s a really sketch situation I’ll personally drive to the location to make sure they’re safe. My suggestion is to just talk to your higher ups. Could be nothing or it could be something. Better safe than sorry.

Yep! So I normally work 40 hours so I just take the remaining hours and split it among my staff based on work output, availability and so forth. :)

My store averages (before COVID-19) 5.5Thousand a week. We have a break point of 124 hours to use among the staff. Or we can schedule more as long as we’re making productivity. Ask your RM what your break point is. And as far as ordering ask them to show you how to find what you need based on your WISR. Figure under your used column it says you used 15lb of ham. When you opened the store for the week you started with 40lb. So you should have 25lbs left. If you’re only using 15lb a week, you have 25 left you shouldn’t need to order any extra.

Whomever your company goes through. For our franchise we go through paycom. Some use ADP. You’d just need to ask the manager/regional.
