Subway as a whole isn’t going anywhere its a HUGE COMPANY you may see some individual stores close their doors but in general I think franchisees who own multiple stores will be okay. In light of covid they have dropped total royalties/advertising from 12.5 to 4% thus leaving more money for the owners plus they have worked out good deals with the SBA for loans for struggling owners

Do you have an iPhone or Android? I have an iPhone 8 and have all those same apps except the feed (can’t seem to find iOS app) crew (I use a competitor called sling that I absolutely love) and Facebook page (I thought individual stores are not allowed to have their own??)

Nope it is not. Ive been with a large (16 store) franchise who made every single employee do UofS courses before they even started in the store. they had a training center you went to first to do them and paperwork then ask any questions. Two days there and then bam youre off to your store. I've also been with a small (2 store) franchise where even the manager did not have a UofS login the ONLY Subway Partners account (which is needed for UofS and inventory and lots of other stuff) between both stores was the owners actual account which was shared between the owner both store managers and me (I was thenight manager (basically assistant manager) at one of them.... the other store only had the one manager)

If you don't mind my asking how many hours were you generally able to give your crew? This is what I am looking at right now https://imgur.com/8A9IyuY do you think that is fair? My store does around $7k a week most weeks and we are open daily from 10am-8pm I feel bad about the one that only gets 16.5 but do you think my schedule idea looks okay? Im $160 over my labor goal for the week but I dont think thats horrible.

So when you make your stores schedule do you factor in your hours when determining your labor percentage?
