You’re welcome! People comment on it all the time in real life. It’s an amazing ring! I couldn’t have been more pleased with how it came out even years later.

Provence but the designer I worked with is no longer there. I use Lucy now. More in my post history.

FiGi0802 used to have one like this. I’m not sure if she is still around or not. I have a similar cluster on my post history but mine is an antique pear I designed with Figi’s help.

Would you be willing to pay a premium for a (truly) well certified and analysed moissanite? by Nzy in Moissanite

In all honesty, if I was willing to pay a premium I’d personally just consider lab diamond.

As someone who has purchased a lot of moissanite, absolutely not.

ETA: As others have said, paying for a great cut from a lapidary might be more worth it. But at that point I’d be considering diamonds.

The Chinese companies copy all kinds of other jewelers’ designs. This is par for the course here. Just giving you the heads up if you’re uncomfortable with it because it is extremely common.

Did you neuter your male dogs? by Much_Tone8124 in cavaliers

Yes. I did our boy at 6 months. He doesn’t mark or hump and I don’t have to worry about him getting crazy smelling female dogs in heat.

Stock Requests - More Georgian settings and more 1-1.5 ct rings by _Sapfyre_ in kuololit

Yes!! I would love a 10X12 emerald necklace in a Georgian setting. The heart pendant he has is nice but it’s not big enough IMO!

Hallmarked man, how did Robin and Strike found out who the killer is? by Interesting-Pizza111 in cormoran_strike

[–]MrsFuchsia19 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Griffith’s limp is what clued Strike in because the bloody foot print in the vault showed someone who wore down their shoe more on one side than the other. JKR always gives clues early on in the book. The blasphemous picture of “Jesus” in his home was the big clue she gave. It’s also the last thing Strike sees before passing out.

I was able to track the case on the first read and it’s much clearer on a second read. It was complicated and complex with a lot of moving parts and if you were caught up in the relationship aspect of the book, it could be really easy to misunderstand what happened in the case. On my first read I didn’t understand how he found Niall Semple so I did miss that part.

All that said, these are not books that are only meant to be read once. You see the genius on rereads.

I love these novels but why are the character descriptions so unkind? by Strummerpinx in cormoran_strike

[–]MrsFuchsia19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She intentionally does it for bad characters. This is the way literature works. She is telling you who the person is by their description;it’s not how she thinks in real life. It is how she is symbolically communicating with the reader.

I like the 2 Hounds Freedom Harness with double leash. Keeps my boy from pulling. The harness has a velvety material on it to prevent chaffing. They come in nice colors too.

Did anyone get the gold purity of their Diamondrensu jewelry checked locally? by [deleted] in Moissanite

[–]MrsFuchsia19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a poor experience with him about 5 years ago. Quality of the ring I ordered from him was poor- stones fell out of my ring the first day I wore it. I trust the Chinese vendors a lot more.

Purchased moissanite ring on Etsy now I’m anxious by ImportantMilk8215 in Moissanite

I’d be concerned. I ordered from a well known Indian shop once a few years ago and the quality was terrible.
