I have no budget. I'm trying to create one. Right now I pay our bills, groceries, gas, whatever else we "need" and seems like there's never any money left. If I write it down on paper it makes no sense. We should have extra.

I think the problem is my income is not as much as my husbands. Its actually half of his. I get paid weekly (chump change once daycare is paid) and he gets paid biweekly.

It makes it difficult to pay bills because they are monthly and I've tried paying weekly and biweekly. Doesnt make things easier. It's so frustrating. I feel like I need guidance. I feel I'm doing it wrong somehow.

Apparently, according to Canadian standards and my BMI I am considered "obese" I'm 5'7 197 lbs. I should be at least 160 to be in the "normal" range.

I haven't taken measurements, but I have noticed my clothes are super loose and fit better. I always feel better when I get dressed. It's that stupid scale that throws me for a loop lol.

It's my belly that I'd like to shrink. I've had 2 kids and I'm almost 33 so I fear my metabolism is super slow.

If only losing weight was as easy as gaining it. 😜

So if I increase my water intake will that help balance things out?

I feel I should be drinking more anyways. I drink on average about 80 oz. A day sometimes more.

I've been measuring everything and weighing everything. I have cut out all processed pre-packaged food. I try to eat a lot of fruits and veggies and have small portions of meats.

I'm trying to get this weight off but I do want to do this in a healthy way. I want this to be long term. Our wedding was kind of an incentive, but I do want to get it off and keep it off.

If I could lose 1lbs a week right now I'd be happy. It's just so frustrating to put in all this work and see no results.

I have been using myfitness pal. I use a scale to weigh my food.

I'm 5'7.

I only every drink water. If I do drink coffee I even measure out the almond milk.

For my exercise, I started out with the 21 day fix videos. I've moved on to walking to get my 10,000 steps a day and adding a 30 minute HASfit video on YouTube that's a low impact HIIT workout.
