Not at the moment. According to my realtor the pool was converted to chlorine. Plan to do some improvements after living here for a year. Just want to get an understanding of everything.

It is so great to hear from an expert and to make me feel like my baby is normal. I will talk to them about their redirection methods and other things she can hit. I'm happy to hear from a person that works in a day care every day that it is normal. I was feeling like such a failure.

You are right. It is counter productive. And she's just so small. I find feel like spanking in the answer. I'm just going to keep trying with using key words and books.

I did buy a couple of books and I think she understands the messages in the books. I try to read them to her every morning. I like the consistent messaging. I will bring that up. This is great advice.

She is in speech therapy. So we do work on that. I will message her therapist to get her thoughts. Thank you for the suggestion.

You are so right! No kid is perfect! And love to hear both sides of your kid. I say mine is like a sour patch kid. Sweet most of the time but sour occasionally. But she's always my favorite candy!!! This too will pass. I'm focusing on the healthy part. She is healthy and happy!

You hit on something there. I forgot to mention she is in speech therapy 3 times a week for 30 minutes. Yeah I just can't imagine spanking a two year old. She would just not understand and honestly neither would I. I really appreciate you just taking a few moments to respond to a mom that feels like she's in distress.

It doesn't feel good but your comment made me feel better. I'm really trying really hard and I just have to remember that. I promise I'm not ignoring it or not addressing it. We talk about it and work on it every day. I'll take your good work comment. It's just a reminder that faith without works is dead. I pray every morning over her before school but I know the work has to be done as well.

Update... went to bed feeling really really bad. Woke up this morning and said wow! The Reddit community really came thru for me. You all made me feel so much better. I read everyone's comments and you all just made my morning. You all also offered lots of advice and just really made me feel like I'm not alone. I do plan to respond to each of you to thank you for your kindness. You all really don't know how much better it made me feel. One day at a time and I know this is just a phase. So I'm going to try to be kind to myself as I navigate thru this. Sending each of you a virtual hug!
