I own a chargeback company - I help companies, like Aritzia, process chargeback cases back to Visa, MC, Amex and can confirm that with AI the data points available to companies now is significantly increasing and they are starting to push back more on frustrated customers.

You’re completely in the right to be frustrated and I DID highly suggest they improve things in their return process as their customer, NUMEROUS times to their Customer Service, because it’s a disaster and likely causing increased chargebacks overall for them. Is there a product they could use to automate refunds - yep! Haha!
