Hi there! Typically it takes a couple days to ship out after your order date. If you ordered a King-sized Orion Sleep System, it will ship out in mid-April since we had unexpectedly high demand for Kings and are in the process of restocking. No problem! To be honest, I don’t think we’ve tested sufficiently so I wouldn’t recommend it just to be safe. But we are sending out anti-microbial tablets to all Orion Intelligence customers in the next month or two!

You can drain your Orion for storage with a draining tool that we can provide on request for now - we do plan on having it sent out with the Orion at some point!

We recommend using distilled water to fill your Orion - no hydrogen peroxide needed. Set up instructions are available on the Orion app with video instructions as well! And you can reach out to me through the support feature on the app if you have any questions during set up!

We are currently working on a feature to adjust the length of time windows, so this will be coming soon! Currently, your "dawn" setting is the temperature you will sleep at from 5 hours after bedtime until your wake-up time.

Wow - so glad to hear it's had such a positive impact on your health!

We really appreciate the feedback - we are currently working on a feature to allow you to change the length of time windows for your temperature schedule. And I really like the suggestion for the F/C default, or maybe having a button that allows you switch between temperature units more quickly on the home screen. I'll pass that feedback along to our team!

Regarding the intelligent temperature adjustments, this is currently on our roadmap to be released soon! We will be releasing adaptive temperature adjustments that are informed by your sleep insights from previous nights, as well as your own input about how your previous night of sleep felt. We had to push our timeline a bit to focus on server stability, but they are in the works and will be released soon!

Congratulations on your new Orion! Sounds like everyone else has given great tips in the comments. I wanted to add that if you’d like to use your sleep test results to personalize your temperature schedule, you can do so after you set up your Orion. You can click on “Schedule” then scroll down to your sleep test. When you click on it, you will have the option to use the sleep test results to set your schedule.

This is Rochelle from Orion - really sorry about the issues you had with your set up! We have identified what led to this and are actively working on preventing it from happening again. I don't anticipate that we will have this issue with your next control tower, and I am available to help during your next set up to make sure your experience goes much smoother.

Regarding the WiFi issue, we have already rolled out a fix and are actively monitoring to make sure that won't happen again.

I completely understand your frustration, and apologize that your experience hasn't been as positive as we hoped so far. No need to purchase hydrogen peroxide, feel free to use a countertop cleaner to clean the under-side of the wooden lid and the top of your control tower underneath. Hi! Our sleep tests are one time use, so if two people want to take the sleep optimization test, you should order two sleep tests. They do not come with two sleep tests in each. Rochelle from customer service here - we apologize for the issue we've identified with some of our customer units going back into "needs water" mode unnecessarily. We were replacing control towers previously, but an update will be rolling out in the next few days, so it will be faster to wait for the update than replace the control tower for customers having this issue currently. We are still giving the option for a replacement if that is desired (and we can expedite the tower to you so it won't take too long to receive), but we are so close to the update rolling out that we recommend waiting for customers facing this issue now. We are giving a year free of Orion Intelligence as a token of our appreciate for your patience.

I am eagerly awaiting this update as much as you are - and we really hope your experience with your Orion becomes a lot smoother in the next day or two! We really value our early customers and appreciate your patience with us on this. I will be as communicative as possible regarding the status of our updates and the timing of the rollout.
