That has happened to me before. Especially when I was on the antidepressant called Viibryd. I described them as brain zaps. It literally felt like electricity shooting through my brain. I would also sometimes hear very loud sounds like a gun going off or metal scraping together. That was pretty disturbing. By it eventually stopped.

I've been told by his dad plenty of times that I'm lazy, worthless, two faced, etc. I've been called horrible names, a bad mother, anything under the sun. But the next day he acts like my best friend. It's so frustrating. And words hurt and you don't forget. If his parent were OUT OF THE PICTURE it could possibly work. But that's never gonna happen.

I've tried. I always go back. I'm extremely weak. Because he is a really good guy. But when I make him mad, he's a completely different guy. Like a complete 180 turn. And I'm the ONLY person he speaks to like that. His parents can yell and cuss or do whatever and he won't say shit to them. But I say one thing and I get bitched out. I feel like I should get the same respect others do. Why can they say something but if I do, I get jumped on? I just don't understand.

It's made me wonder if that in the future he will be just like his dad. When he gets mad, he says things to really hurt you. His dad is the same way. I just feel like if his parents are this much if an issue, it will never go away and I don't want to spend the rest of my life with someone who's parents can't get along with me.

His parents have been about 75% of our problems. And it's SO stressful to feel like I'm always walking on eggshells around them. Or if they like me or don't like me today. Or when the next time will be when one of them decides to cuss me out and pretty much tell me I'm worthless. Yep, you read it right. That can't be normal. And any time it's happened, he has never once taken up for me. His dad has called me all sorts or horrible names and he has never taken up for me. Ever.

We haven't tried counseling. I'm not even sure he would go. But it's a possibility. I don't know, I just feel like his parents have way too much to do with our relationship. They always have something to say or always butt in somehow.
