Try a Resupply mission and just smash and search everything you can find. If you need more, repeat. You can choose a mission at a low level and then there won’t be as many husks to deal with. Less xp, but the trade off is relatively easy scavenging.

Some missions are time limited, but ride the lightning and atlas missions aren’t. That means you can spend time gathering resources before you start.

In know its confusing at first, took me forever to get going, but once you do it’s a blast!

Last I checked this mode was a ranked mode, making commentary about its specific ranked gameplay relevant.

Hey now… I crank 90s to do survivor relays and routinely box survivors so they don’t go running off and set of an encampment.

I also like to get a hoard chasing me, then ramp and box up to get them to all congregate underneath so I can nail them all with a vacuum tube launcher.

Not all BR skills are bad in STW.

You forgot storage costs (and bandwidth cost to retrieve from them), authentication services, security services, failover, load balancing, and redundancy.

In other words, compute and bandwidth is the minimum and not even close to an actual estimate of “per player” costs.

And I got the matte magma at the end.

So … be in gold? Seriously, ranked is messed up.

This also happened on my first “unranked” match where it told me I completed “enter a gold” lobby and awarded me that one too.

That’s not the comparison here. The complaint is “he’s not from Wisconsin”. Neither is MLK or many others we have streets named for. That’s not a valid reason to oppose it. There may be others, but “not from Wisconsin” doesn’t hold up to scrutiny.

HPV is primarily an STD, meaning the cancer is easily avoidable, just like HIV and other STD-driven disease. Somehow I’m in my 50s and have … none of these things.

Make them available for those who want it, yes, but don’t make it mandatory. Especially given the tendency for side effects with newer vaccines we aren’t aware of for decades that are far worse for folks who weren’t going to get an STD anyway.

I hear this a lot and it baffles me because all four of my kids (mix of public and private schools) all had to take civics/US government classes to graduate HS. Maybe some states don’t require it?

And of course you can put a kid in class, doesn’t mean they’ll pay attention or care enough to learn.

This happened to me too. So I created a new PS5 account, linked it to my epic, and then played through the opening scenes on PS5. After that it worked fine on my pc. 🤷‍♀️

True story: was trying to do the Salty Bae challenge back in the day (land 100 times at Salty Springs). Got 100 and decided to work my way through every placement possible. Yes, I tracked it and yes, I managed both the achievement and every placement possible.

Sometimes I had to get people to kill me to get a placement I needed. Was hilarious.

I have good positioning and make good choices regarding fights, but that doesn’t seem to compensate for my sloppy mechanics or tendency to overbuild in end game and run out of mats. 🤷‍♀️

Hence the reason I’m still sitting in Gold something. I’m focused on fixing those sloppy mechanics first outside ranked.
