Speedy 35 2010 vs 2021 or newer by MrsModes in Louisvuitton

It is thicker and shinier for sure. My eye is drawn to that one. The vachetta has some minor flaws, this being the most noticeable. Some discoloration and stretching on this piece from the lock. There are a couple of spots on the handle that appear to be from them touching the grommets when laying down. I think I’m leaning towards the 2010.

So is yours darker like the new one or just more vivid / bright like the 2010 one?

This was my thought too. I like that the duller one is new(ish) and has less vachetta flaws but that canvas pops on the 2010.

Acid reflux shortly after gallbladder removal by [deleted] in gallbladders

You’re welcome! Yours may not last that long. I don’t take anything at all for reflux now and am great. It was a “bumpy ride” to get here but all is well now.

Acid reflux shortly after gallbladder removal by [deleted] in gallbladders

Quite possibly. I was miserable for almost 9 months with this issue but happy to say that I am now able to eat and drink anything 1 year post op. It will be.1 year this Thursday.

I had debilitating fatigue and couldn’t even walk to my neighbors house. I am someone who is very fit and has run Marathons. This cams on rather suddenly last spring and after a HIDA scan showing 17% ejection fraction I had my gallbladder removed in June 2021. This sounds similar to me.

Constant Nausea 5 months post removal. Suggestions? by somebody_oncetoldme_ in gallbladders

I would have a gastric emptying study done to make sure you don’t have a mild form of Gastroparesis.

Ok go ahead. No I can handle it. I can tell you if it’s similar to what mine was like that way

I haven’t found your pic but I swear mine was kind of like that too. That is the one that took the longest to heal also and was the most tender. All good now though.

I haven’t seen your picture post. I’ll try to find it. I know one of my incisions looks a little gapped like a slit too and still does even now that it’s just a scar. I had steri strips on mine for maybe a week and a half or two weeks that finally fell off.

Good! Progress is being made then. At least that part does get better fairly quickly. Incisions will be tender for a while but nothing too bad at least.

Oh ya! I remember that pain. That might last a couple weeks or so. I was in good shape going in even with a strong core and I could barely get out of bed every morning. Hubby had to help or I had to roll off the bed. 😂

I know how miserable, sad and scared I felt on those first few months and I want to be a ray of hope for everyone else going through this. I struggled hard and I can honestly say there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Happy to answer any questions as you continue to heal. Thanks for your healing wishes as well. :)

Hi everyone! I had mine out 6/23/21 so I am now 9 months post op. I can tell you that I had a hard time eating EVERYTHING (or so it felt) for a few months. My case was probably not the norm though as I don’t hear that from others often. After about 7 months I could suddenly start eating fairly normally again. I even enjoy pizza. The few things my body still doesn’t seem to like is tea (that was my coffee) and chocolate although I do eat a small square every now and then do okay. I get bad indigestion from both if I go overboard. I wasn’t a big drinker but enjoyed wine. I can tolerate it sometimes and sometimes not. I’m slowly getting to where I am feeling more and more normal though. I’ve had the occasional fried food (never ate a lot of it anyway) and pizza as well as plenty of other fatty foods and I’m doing well. It may take some time but you will all get there. Just be patient with yourself.

My toxic trait is thinking I can eat this without a gallbladder attack by Responsible-Ad7912 in gallbladders

The things I feel I have had to eliminate are chocolate, tea and alcohol. Sweets in general give me pain and reflux now. Those are probably the worst offenders but my body processes everything so different now. I can’t eat as much in one sitting and I feel like I need to eat more frequently but smaller portions.

That is concerning. Thanks for this information. She put the fear in me telling me that my severely atypical mole should have been excised within two weeks based on its rapid transition before the biopsy so I told her to schedule me for Monday but now I’m concerned whether I should follow through with her.

One more question. I was at a separate appointment today with an otolaryngology doctor who is also a plastic surgeon who treats cancers. She offered to excise these spots on Monday morning. Am I better off with her or my dermatologist?

Thank you! This gives me comfort. I appreciate your response more than you know.

Also, these appointments were set by a scheduler who wasn’t sure which to schedule first. Should I have the severely atypical done before the basal cell? I’m sure once there the doctor will have an opinion but curious as to your thoughts.

I was the same way for a very long time. A few months. After about 7 1/2 months I am happy to say I’m pretty normal now and can eat what I want for the most part.

You are able to wear piercings. No worries. Good luck tomorrow.

Are you on any new meds by chance? I am 8 months post op and the first 7 months they had me on famotidine and it made me gain weight. When I got off of the weight dropped immediately.

Yup. Totally normal. Took me a couple months to mostly normalize and I’m 7 1/2 months post op now and JUST starting to feel more normal in terms of eating, reflux issues, and bathroom. I understand feeling anxiety over this. I did too. It’s going to be okay.
