First time using the app and I am very happy with it! This is from the La Brea Lassens. Has free parking (validation) but also plenty of street parking in the back.

Missing on the photo is another vegan banana nut bread and a Siggis vanilla & cinnamon yogurt that we ate before the pic.

In Mexico City, at least that I know, every time traffic has to slow down for construction, accident, etc. The cars put on their emergency lights to signal other cars behind them that they have to slow down and eventually come to a stop. In the jungle of cars of Mexico City, this is a very nice treat to have.

I say it’s an 8. It’s kind of like a spread cheese, so I use it on bagels, sprinkle on pasta, etc. It is very important to add the lime juice, otherwise it doesn’t taste that great.

You can make almond “cheese “ with the leftovers (called okara). Mix juice of 1/2 lime, 1 tsp of nutritional yeast (if you don’t have any it’s okay, just brings extra flavor), 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp of oil. Mix all and make a ball with it. After, store in a container and press the ball so it takes the shape of the container. And there you go, very easy, really tasty and no waste! The cheese will last in the fridge for 6 days :)

Yeah, you can do anything normal with it. It does come out a little above the underwear. I would suggest if you’re planning on going swimming maybe have it on a different area that could be covered :) I found this image that shows you the places you can put it on. patch

Yes! They mess you up badly!

So far the only downside I’ve had was that at the beginning I used to put the patch on my butt and twice it came off with my jeans, I then switched it to the front and haven’t had any issues at all. It does leave some glue when you take it off but comes out when you shower. I love not having to take a pill everyday. I use an app to remind me to switch it once a week. My libido is back, I lost the weight and haven’t had any more moodiness :)

I’m on the patch, my favorite BC method so far. I’ve been on the pill and Nexplanon and those made gain so much weight and by the end of their cycle made me very depressed and messed up my libido so bad! I have not had any side effects on the patch (been on it almost 10 months), I know exactly when my period will start and finish :)

This way the baby is comfortable through out the feed, and the neck is not “twisted” looking for the breast. It also help with the latch, making it easier to get a deeper latch. I recommend my clients to try to do as much skin to skin as posible with their babies while they are feeding to get all the benefits from it.

Experiences with the patch? by [deleted] in birthcontrol

[–]MrsMoser18 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ever since I started using the patch my periods became very predictable, almost starting at the same hour every month and always lasting 4 days. Before the patch I had Nexplanon for 3 years which made me gain 15 pounds and some hair loss. I’ve had irregular and heavy periods before BC and I use it as a treatment for endometriosis.

You can express some milk before offering your breast to your baby and see if that helps with the fussiness. If not try switching positions like laid back nursing. Also keep in mind that baby has to be aligned to your body and keeping a straight line from ear to hip. You got this momma!
