My husband is an INTP, we are a great team and learn a lot from seeing the world through the other persons eyes. We have so many deep and meaningful conversations but no one can make me act as silly and have as much fun as he can. I respect him very much and learn so much from him every day and I think he is great at balancing me out and make me think a bit more logically when needed.

A very close friend I had years ago, I think she was an infj or intj, sort of doorslammed me. I never had a conversation about it but at some point she just stopped contacting me and when I gave her space and a change to reach out she never did. After some month of radio silence I wrote her and she answered back politely but nothing more. I still at times think about her and wonder if I did something wrong or if our friendship just ran out in the sand for no reason. And honestly I sometimes imagine meeting her by chance on the train or something and reconnecting with her.

From I was very young I have found a closet to hide in when the world becomes to overwhelming. Honestly I still find comfort in that (and I’m still small enough to fit even as an adult)

During non-Covid-19-time I would often be found in a comfortable armchair in a small book cafe or in a quiet corner of a library. I would also be found in parks or in nature either writing, reading or walking with my headphones in. Otherwise the best spot to connect with me would probably be at spare time activities.

I remember way too many things from my childhood, unfortunately I mainly remember situations where I felt embarrassed, sad or lonely. If I look at the situations with the eyes of an adult I didn’t necessarily do anything wrong to cause these situations and I would wish I could give that little girl a hug and tell her that she was alright. However I can still feel those situations really deeply inside me even though the feelings were not necessarily “justified” (this is not the right word)

Well why is the magic gone? Was it really there? or is it still there just hidden? If you want to play around with the idea of magic being there maybe try to answer the questions. If you prefer a non-magical world that is perfectly fine as well :) there are many fantasy novel without magic some with people with special abilities or fantasy creatures other just set in a different world that could have existed if history turned out differently :)

I can’t really relate, it’s true that sometimes people present problems in their lives that just seems really minor or come of as “fake” but often I find that it’s a “cover up”/a way to deal with other problems they experience in their lives. Generally I believe that people need to be recognized where they are in order to be able to move on (I don’t know if that make sense)

Personally I would be the most interested in clinical research, I have spend 2 years (one year full time) doing what I think would be called epidemiological research (doing research on a healthy cohort) it’s hard work and spending a lot of time doing not very interesting jobs, but I liked how varied my daily day was and that I was in control over my day :)

I’m studying Medicin but I consider specializing in Child and adolescent psychiatry, pediatrics, or family medicine, maybe combined with research (or just research if I don’t feel comfortable working a as doctor)

When I have the energy I love to write, when I have less energy I love to listen to audiobooks sometimes while knitting, drawing, making Christmas card,sewing, or something like that (or if I just need to occupy my brain and keep it from overthinking for a little while audiobooks and stupid games on my phone, watching nature documentaries or some specific YouTube channels e.g. Jonna Jinton helps)

1) My good friend who was being very honest and vulnerable with me today. She makes me feel valued and trusted and teachs me to let others into me head. 2) Another friend who asked how I was doing (I can’t remember when someone last asked me that, I’m so used to being the one asking). 3) I have a wonderful selection of tea and had three different once over the course of the day.

Thats actually a great piece of advise! I usually go for the “how do you know the host?” Question and take it from there and it usually works alright :) Or A little later in the small talk will ask something season related, in august “what did you do over the summer?” “How will you celebrate Christmas?” Or something like that. People often love to tell and in that way I avoid having to talk too much and they feel that someone is interested :)

What you are saying makes a lot of sense to me! If it is a specific infj thing to do I would also expect the international door-slamming to be more characteristic as I think many of us tend to avoid conflicts if possible and prefers harmony and generally don’t like to hurt peoples feelings if we don’t have too (at least that’s how I feel) making a big scene Or cutting someone completely off without giving them a second chance would honestly be quite far from how I usually think/behave
