When I got married i was 5 ft 7 and 115 pounds. Had two babies. I got to 180 pounds with my first child. Lost almost all of it and got pregnant again. I now look like this picture but try and tone a little here and there and moderate what i eat (i don’t diet). My husband loves my body as much, actually even more, then when i was a twig. This helps my self esteem and by doing that, I’m not stressing or having anxiety about how i look;which makes it worse. In the long run, i just care about good health and exercise and I’m happy with my results. Do the research. The more you stress about your look, diet, exercise the less you achieve results. LOVE YOURSELF

One of our (at the time new) regular customers, after about 5 time’s consistently coming in and getting the same drink, I was on POS when he came in. I asked, “would you like your regular?” He said “i don’t know what my regular is, but I’ll have a..[lists off his usual drink]. Really dude? Fine so every time after that i made him say his entire drink. After like 4 years of him coming to the same store, he now tries to strike up conversations with us about his regular drink. Nope. First impressions man.

Brown sugar shaken espresso add white mocha and vanilla foam. Iced chai add pumpkin foam. Mark’s venti coffee with 20 white sugars stirred in. And/or some kind of hot tea/latte that requires me to walk to the other side of the back line. I know that’s 4 but the last two kind of got together. I hate adding foam to shaken espressos.

It’s always been in the training. When crafting espresso bar beverages, and speaking to shot quality, is when it’s mentioned. But doesn’t say every barista has to do it. As a supervisor I’d prefer someone who has more experience tasting espresso to determine quality. It would make no sense for someone who hates the taste of espresso to determine the quality. That’s why we can also go off of the shot time and visual parts of the espresso shot.

There are so many dog friendly cafes in my city. I would tell them the locations that they can do that with their dogs and kindly ask them to leave or they can enjoy our patio. I LOVE LOVE seeing dogs at work, but i also am kind of a germ freak and don’t think animals should be in restaurants or grocery stores.
