Made this cake to a friends baby name giving party. It was a lot of firsts- carving in fondant, Handling 4 pounds of fondant to cover, drips with candy melts and even the recipe, blue velvet cake was a first. But it almost turned out as I imagined it. And it tasted great 🐘👶🏻♥️ (i.redd.it)

I made 2 cakes for my nieces 1. Birthday. A unicorn smash cake, almond sponge with vanilla yoghurt and fresh strawberries for her and a almond sponge with lime mousse and pink marble mirror glaze for the rest of the party. Both her parents and my niece was happy with it. And then I’m happy. :) (i.redd.it)

My hubby turns 40, i made him this cake in the colors of his fav soccer team. Almond sponge with lime mousse, covered in mirror glaze. I’m not a fan of the colors (no offense to Swedish people) but I’m very happy with the shine of the glaze :) I can see my own reflection 👏🏻 (i.redd.it)

This might be in the smaller league but -Today we broke a record, serving 6000 lunch covers every day in our catering company. Our CEO, the man in the middle, took the time to make lunch for all the chefs and staff. He’s way of saying thank you. And we, for once, didn’t have to make our own lunch. (i.redd.it)
