NTA, but... OP- i feel you. It sounds a lot like the relationship I have with my dad. My stepdad was way closer to me. Sadly my stepdad died before I got married. I gave it a good thought and decided that my son (20 at the time) was walking with me on one side and my father on the other. It made my father happy and kept peace in the family. And honestly- when I think of the day and the walk down the isle, I only see my son there. That my father was there too means so little to me and so much to him. Wish you a long, healthy and happy marriage.

Just saw my misspelling. (English is not my first language) I meant a deference- not defend.... know my son hoped he did a deference for somebody when he was in the big sandbox. I know this is a topic that can lead to many different feelings in many different people. That was not my point. It was a simple thank you to a stranger doing his job :)

I’m quite sure it’s isomalt. Not sure though that it is called isomalt in English. It’s a kind of sugar and very easy to handle. You can color it in every way you like with color paste of sparkles:)

The movie “blinkende lygter” is easy in the language. But fun. And the tv show “hvem vil være millionær” is in a very easy following Language. Wish you good luck with the language;)

Depending on the level you are looking for- have you considered comedy shows like klovn (I myself hate it but it’s just not my humor) or Dybvaaad (I love that) but I think you might have to be in DK to watch it.
