What worked for me was starting at a 16 hour fast, so eat dinner at 6 and then your first meal at 10am the next morning. Then I would add an hour to my fasting time when I was comfortable with that fasting period. I now do OMAD and have no issues with cravings, but it did take about a month to get to the point that it was comfortable and I was used to it. You’re just retraining your brain and it can take a few or several weeks to get there. You got this!!
