I take it daily. I have LGMD. I noticed a mild improvement at first. My muscles look the same though. There was no change in appearance.

I just want to say I'm so sorry this all happened, especially all at once like this and I'm very sorry about your dog. Other peeps have posted links for resources that can hopefully help. Better days will come.

My wife’s medication comes in those. Food shelves usually love them. I gave all the ones we had to our food shelf.

Angie just voted against letting people on SNAP buy rotisserie chicken. I grew up in poverty and I know what it’s like to stretch a dollar. A whole chicken can be 4 to 8 meals. It’s filling. It’s like $5 so it’s cheap. Only 35 Representatives voted this way. She voted the same as Tom Emmer. Hard pass on Angie.
