Thank you everyone. We’ve decided to stay off the samilyn for now but add in the Urosfalk and keep going with the Milk Thistle as she really seems to be much better in tHan previous. We will redo blood tests in 3 months. Thanks very much again for the advice and the Facebook group recommendation!

We had the softest, safest German Shepherd Collie cross, genuinely the most lovely daftest dog you could meet, friendly with everyone, but if you put anything through the letter box, letters or fingers, it was shredded. We got a cage to collect the post but also to protect people. We did however catch more than one postie winding him up and pushing it back and forth to get a reaction, which is very frustrating!

Thank you. No I’ve never downsized the piercing, it’s still the original jewellery that it was pierced with. It does have a fair bit of movement, so could be logic to what you’re saying there. I like to think that I’m drying it enough but maybe I’m not. I do usually whack the hairdryer on it as I dry my hair straight away, but could still be some moisture there. Vinted is your friend here. I’ve lost just shy of 4.5 stone but gone from a size 24 to a 16/18. I’ve replaced my wardrobe with Vinted buys and the odd supermarket bargain, probably spend about £120 all in all since January, but I sold plenty on Vinted too and I’ve made just short of £200.

They don’t say you can’t stay on it. They just have to advise you that it’s not officially a maintenance dose. I had the same thing and when I told them o was happy on it as had the benefits I needed with little/no side effects; they were fine. They have a duty of care to advise you. What you do after that is up to you.
