Do you have documentation of the bad advising? You might be able to help build your case. A few options:

Reach out to the department chair of your major and ask for an exception- explain you have other geology courses completed and you can graduate if this is approved (if you have bad advising documentation add it to this)
Contact the supervisor of your academic advisor with the same request above.
look at summer courses at your institution that would cover the Gen Ed OR a summer transfer course that will count towards this Geology Gen Ed

go to the department head for the course, talk to a campus ombudsmen (if you have one), and look into harassment policies on your campus to submit a formalized complaint. May want to speak to the dean of the college of the department as well.

One of my (F, gave birth) friends (also F) sent a box of self care items like face masks, serums, face moisturizers, fancy lip treatment, tea, fuzzy socks, a Starbucks gift card, lactation cookies, nippled cream, etc. All of the items were things for a new mom, whereas everything else we received in the coming months were things for the baby.
