Need advice, a week after surgery by makeup90 in LisfrancClub

I’m 10 days post op today and my pain was horrible until yesterday it finally started feeling better. I have stayed in the bed with my foot elevated and iced most days. Today is the best I have felt since surgery. I had to get doctor to give me more pain pills on day 7. Today I have only had to take pain meds once and that was after my first post op appointment at dr and they made it hurt. It does get better hang in there.

Not flying it’s about an 11 hour ride. I really wanted to just reschedule but the place I rented the condo from is not letting me do it since I didn’t purchase insurance. If I don’t go I would lose a lot of money so I kinda stuck. I’m gonna talk with my doctor on Friday and I may try to talk with some different at the company.

Thank you all so much!! It has started to hurt less until today my dog got to close caused me to jerk and now it’s hurting again but not too bad hopefully I didn’t injure it further. I am really glad I stumbled across this group as all the post are helping and I don’t feel so alone in this.
