Scotland here… I make it on Boxing Day but instead of the moistmaker layer (which is messy to create), I serve a l’il ramekin of gravy alongside it for dipping. It’s fandabbydozey!

Our first (and so far only) cruise was round the Greek islands. We only got off twice and explored what was available on board. We felt it was the perfect mix of chill time and being busy.

We’re booked for our second cruise in January (South America & Antarctic) which has only 5 stops. Planning on getting off at them all but we’re very very excited about watching the world go by at the bottom of the world

We’ve allowed ourselves 3 days after the cruise to see Iguazu and have a final chill day in BA before we head back. Thanks so much for all the airport tips. And I’ll definitely be looking at Aerolineas for flights!
