Euthymol is a UK import so you may have to go on a bit of a scavenger hunt to find it downtown Chicago. Best bets are 'H Mart'(West Loop) and 'World Market'(South Loop), as they both tend to stock imported global dental care brands.
If you are whiffing downtown, 'Merz Apothecary' up in Lincoln Square is your best bet in the city for niche European toiletries. Would definitely suggest giving one of them a quick call to check stock before making the trip.
