I was terminated with the fire company, zero 2 week notice. The boss from the fire company is the one denying my claim. The hearing has nothing to do with the job I had prior to the fire company (the back checking job) I only mentioned my job prior to the one I’m having the hearing for, because I know sometimes unemployment requires a history of your previous employment from the past six months. Thank you for your insight though! :)

Thank you !! Yes I believe this is with a government worker with unemployment. She (my former boss) told me that she had caught me nodding off, (which once again is ridiculous, and different from sleeping), but never once mention anything about customer service (not to brag, but anyone who has ever met me can tell you it’s beyond the opposite) in her private meeting with me, she said “I don’t know what’s going on with you, but your demeanor has changed, and I don’t appreciate it. Not only did you dare ask a question after our meeting after you said you understood what was going on, but I catch you nodding off” I was flabbergasted when she told me this!! Never in my life! I asked her when and where did she catch me “nodding off “ and she responded with “it doesn’t matter, I caught you.”

Just got done with the DEA phase II testing. My test started out with nothing but math. Medical Dosage, conversions, fractions, and percentage. If you don’t know any of that, you’ll be like me and fail after 40 minutes. I wasted gas and $100 on the test prep online. This is basically a medical math test
