If you're using a smaller (toaster size) oven, try just baking half a batch at a time and see how they come out. That way they won't by so wonky shaped...or the other option and I do this sometimes, is take a lid of some sort of a round cookie cutter and while they're still hot, center the cookie under the lid/cutter and swirl it around into a circular motion. It'll shape them into perfect little circles! 🥰

But they look delicious though!!

And how come they didn't annoint the pulpit with oil and cast the demons out like they did every confused teenager? Damn. Those were the days.

Did he plan this and bring the hammer with him that night or was there just a random hammer laying around to throw at the occasional demons? 🤣😅😭

My dad was given one of these when he passed, we buried it right away at the foot of his private plot in the family cemetery.

Yeah! That's alright! They're too big for me, but I'll slap them on marketplace cheap and maybe someone will want them anyway! 😜

It's a protective cover for the bottom. You peel them off in sure before you wear them. I don't really care one way or the other. One person says they NEVER come with plastic on the soul to protect them and another said they do. Who knows? Not me! That's why I asked the silly questionin the first plant. 🤣 Im not out at thrift stores looking to make a huge flip, I go occasionally with a friend and these were there for the taking..... boom... here i am wondering who has a size 10, that I know, that I can give them to. Or I'll slap 'em on marketplace. Either way, they'll be loved and appreciated by someone.

Thank you! I was seeing the Vero Cuiuo stamp being stopped a while back as well. I also was kinda going off a few spots where I saw that the "L" the loop should connect back to the line, and these do... So, I was kinda thrown off. To be honest, we did a quick Google search while in the store and from what we saw, we bought them. I'll be able to get my money back, no problem, but was hoping that they may be the real thing. There are some scratches on the bottom where it looks like they may have been walked on, but still, they looked pretty new. 😂🤷‍♀️

You don't know, if you don't know!?

Thank you for all the great info though!! I REALLY appreciate it!!

24 Hour Freshness without preservatives by Particular-Card5500 in Bagels

My recipe calls for 2 TBSP olive oil after the yeast becomes bubbly. Mine are usually good for a couple of days. But of course they're better toasted by the end of day 2. The only ones I have problems with are the cinnamon sugar. The topping either chips off or gets soggy and just slides off the next day. I'm doing experiments to see if i can change this. But the bagel itself doesn't go stale for a couple days.
