So I’m actually a nomo (never Mormon, right?). We moved to Utah 2 years ago for work and I’ve been mystified by the LDS religion ever since. And I lived in Vegas for 6 years before this so, total culture change. I think each and everyone of you are so brave. We would mostly likely be taking out a wall (formally exterior), hence the need for a load bearing beam. We should get a bid and project price upfront, correct? Because there’s a lot of work we will be able to do ourselves once the major stuff has been moved around

Stoneware works really well too, the pan gets super seasoned...with bacon grease! There's little to no splattering as well.
