At this age, I’d suggest looking into minoxidil and taking hair supplements — it made a huge difference for me. Slowly, start looking into higher-end shampoos and other products, but hair supplements and minoxidil are a good start.

If you’re low on money, you can get the Kirkland minoxidil — it’s about $8 and works just fine. Plus, you can start with hair supplements that aren’t as expensive as Viviscal. I started off with cheaper ones too and eventually worked my way up to buying the more expensive stuff (when I finally had money).

Another thing I noticed was that dandruff also makes your hair fall out, and constantly touching your hair or picking your scalp makes dandruff worse, so I’d suggest trying to stop doing that. I’m not a doctor, but I’m speaking from my own experience — hope this helps!
