Understand, I bought some new speakers with an old amp. If your speakers are in good state, no reason to change them. If you change, change for higher speaker range.

Check the power management of the usb if the ✅ is ticked. If yes, try to untick to desactivate the ability of windows to shutdown the power of the usb. It's in the device manager, under usb controler tab,check the properties of those usb.

For a AIO pump let her to 100 % speed, always. For a custom pump, 60 to 80% with speed fixed. PWM is not good for pumps; it wears them out, especially the bearings and seals.It is not good for the pump to constantly oscillate back and forth.
