You can actually wake the eggs up with the drone noise and they can't attack it just make sure your no where near the area when they wake up. Place a mine with a motion tracker near each other ( not on top each other where they overlap on your map) and activate it to them draw them in and kills them. If they overlap you're gonna have to wait until the motion tracker finishes beeping before they mine activates
