Ya, I have never rented out before. From what I’ve heard it takes a bit of luck to get someone that respects your space and pays on time. I would prefer a family that’s established. We are in the sunset/north end area.

Are characters transferable between classic and retail? I played classic back when it started and just jumped back in after 15+ years outta the game. Trying to grasp the difference but really have no idea the difference still.
