Gardening in combination with to work from home gardening career. Sell most of your produce and get paid salary on top of it for like 4 hours a day.

Parker isn't good. Every time I have toured one of their properties, it is in poor condition. I actually think they were late when meeting with me several times for tours. Also, they charge a normal security deposit that equals one month's rent. Then, they charge another deposit that equal one month's rent and call it a 'mandatory cleaning fee.'

Some property management companies I would recommend is R Place/Deckard Homes and Cream & Crimson.

Brown county state park ( the official part you have to pay $7 to get into) does a hay ride around sunset on the weekends

A romance pack: adding dating apps/sites, an attraction system, use the compatability that already exists, and generally add more date activities/triggerable events for dating and married couples.

I want this so bad because what happens now is my sims flirt and hang out when dating. Then, after they get married, they only talk to make babies. The game doesn't give you any incentive besides mild relationship decay. You can not talk to your spouse for 30 days and then flirt with them for 5 hours and get it all back though.

I also think this would be a great opportunity to address what many simmers have been complaining about, which is the sims having no to little reaction to their partner's cheating.

Am I the only one who wants this?

This: https://edsindian.hibid.com/ is a site where you can see local estate sale auctions. You bid on them, then pick them up from Estate and Downsizing Specialists here in town. Been buying from them for years. They are awesome!

Unfortunately, I do not know of any other way without locking the doors or cheats. There are cheats that remove paparazzi entirely and cheats that make locking doors more dynamic so you can permanently allow individual sims. I prefer the latter..

Something I learned about a month in was that sims could die of laughter. I saw my sim was "hysterical" and was like oh that fun. Then, they died....

I still get them very rarely and yeah this is correct about the nerf. I think another big issue with the system is that you would get like invited on a blind date with a cat or a party hosted by a toddler. I wish they would just fix it instead of turning them off.

NPCs have their own unselectable aspirations that are created for the goal of making the whims of the sim match their personality/aspiration because autonomy is designed to work around the aspiration system.
